PROCESS TO ORDER A BUILDING
First of all, we remind you to have everything in order: Size of building, colors, permit request and a leveled area where the building can be installed.
1- Information
The following personal information is needed to complete your purchase order:
- Full name
- Address where building will be installed
- Zip code
- Phone number
2- CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT
The costumer signs the purcharse order for the building by email and pays the initial deposit upfront. Consequently, we will send the order form to the factory and they will contact you within 48 hrs to confirm your order.
3- MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY
When your building is ready, the factory will contact you within 5 days prior to delivery of your building to confirm that your job site is leveled and ready for installation.
4- INSTALLATION
Installation crew will inspect the job site prior of installation of your building and they will confirm with costumer how the building will be positioned.
5- FINAL PAYMENT
Once your building is installed and ready to be use, you will proceed to make final payment of the due balance. Thank you for your purcharse and trusting our company.
